Call Center Company in Surprise, AZ

In-N-Out, the fast-growing burger chain known for its delicious yet simple menu, has announced plans to open seven new locations, including one in Surprise at 16440 W. Cactus Road.

In-N-Out Burger is continuing its steady expansion with several new locations set to open across California, Colorado, and Washington. Known for its cult following and fresh, made-to-order menu, the popular fast-food chain is bringing its iconic burgers and fries to more communities in the western U.S. Now, following this announcement, Phoenix is set to receive a ninth location. It’s unclear when this In-N-Out will open.

In addition to the new Surprise location, the company is working on new restaurants planned for 82177 Avenue 42 in Indio, 3401 Oakdale Road in Modesto, 560 West Huntington Drive in Monrovia, and 13864 Foothill Boulevard in Sylmar, all in California, 3860 Eagle Boulevard in Brighton, Colorado, and 5801 Pioneer Canyon Drive in Ridgefield, Washington. There’s no timeline for these openings.

On Feb. 12, In-N-Out announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Baldwin Park from Irvine. In 1948, Harry and Esther Snyder opened the very first In-N-Out location in Baldwin Park, marking California’s first-ever drive-through hamburger stand. From those humble beginnings, the company has grown into a beloved institution with over 400 locations across eight states. A corporate office is also being built in Nashville.

“Since its inception in 1948, Baldwin Park and In-N-Out Burger have been synonymous. Our community has always welcomed In-N-Out and the warm, family atmosphere it provides,” Baldwin Park Mayor Alejandra Avila said in a press release at the time of the announcement. “We are thrilled that their headquarters will return to our community and are confident that this partnership will provide significant economic and cultural benefits to our community.”

SURPRISE, AZ — The 60,000-square-foot entertainment spot in Surprise, Uptown Alley, has added new virtual reality and arcade games with its $6.5 million renovations!

“We wanted to expand and add some new attractions in here. So, we have over 80 arcade games […] we've added 20 during our renovation,” Adam Dufur, general manager of Uptown Alley. “We added two multi-sport simulators [called HD Sportsuite]. So, traditionally, you would call it a golf simulator, but it has 30 different games on it, so you can play football, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, kickball, and baseball. So, there are all kinds of games you could do on it.”

The venue also added 18 holes of Lucky Putt, a high-tech mini golf course where no paper and pen are needed because your putter saves your score.

“It's a tech-driven putt putt, so big, beautiful, bright holes that have different challenges on them. Whether there's a loop de loop, there's trivia questions, there's holes that take the ball and shoot it through a whole different contraption, kind of like Chutes and Ladders,” explained Dufur.

Other new gaming highlights include the addition of the Limitless VR, which is a free-roam virtual reality attraction, The Voice Karaoke Experience, that’s a private karaoke attraction for up to 12 guests, and Krazy Darts!

“Krazy Darts is a very large-scale dart platform, a six-foot by four-foot dart board, that casts different games on there through a projector. So it has 20 different games you could play on there, from carnival style games where you pop in balloons, throwing breaking plates, to traditional 301501 cricket style dark board games,” explained Dufur to ABC15 who added that the darts are steel tip darts and there are hacky sacks that can be used for the kiddos to play on the Krazy Darts.

“For families that want their little ones to play, they're not comfortable with steel-tip darts, we have hacky sacks that we could provide, and it works all the same, where they hit their target, it scores. So, it's not it can appeal to older generations, but the young ones can have a lot of fun with it, too,” said Dufur.

According to Dufur, the entertainment location is also working on adding covered parking with solar panels in its front parking lot; this is slated to be finished by September.

With the 100-degree temps here and kids being out of school for summer break soon, it’s perfect timing for a brand new water park, splash pad and swim center to open.

The sprawling Rescue Oasis Park, Soak Station 309 and Oasis Swim Center in Surprise has a little bit of everything for everyone.

The complex has plenty of activities for people of all ages, including a covered splash pad complete with plenty of shaded seating areas nearby. And the new Oasis Swim Center has not one but three types of pools.

Rescue Oasis Park

The Rescue Oasis Park has a full-size basketball court, a sand volleyball court and a playground that's a climber's dream with several rope activities and climbing structures. A smaller, aquatic-themed playground has swings, a slide and multiple levels to explore.

Parents and guardians will be able to watch the kids play from multiple shaded sitting and standing areas. A picnic area with a shade structure is within sight of the playground.

Soak Station 309 splash pad

The new Soak Station 309 splash pad at Rescue Oasis Park is the place to cool off this summer.

The centerpiece of Soak Station 309 is the large climbing structure made to look like a firetruck. It has a slide, waterspouts that spray in all directions and a giant hoop that sprays water as kids run through it. Some of the waterspouts are aimable, so kids can soak their friends.

Oasis Swim Center

The Oasis Swim Center, which opens on May 24, completes the picture and it's a water lover's dream come true.

There's an Olympic-style 50-meter competition pool with racing lanes. There's also a recreational pool that has a walking channel and six slides, including ones that twist and spiral.

Finally, there's the adventure pool where you can try climbing two rock walls or take a ride on the zipline. Cabanas and event spaces are available for rent.

Just in time for people seeking relief from the relentless 100-degree temps and generally unbearable heat of summer, Surprise has opened Rescue Oasis Park and Soak Station 309, a huge new recreation complex at Cactus and Perryville roads.

And that's not all, folks.

The new Oasis Swim Center opens on May 24. It will have a recreation pool with six slides and a walking channel, an Olympic-style 50-meter competition pool, an adventure pool with two rock climbing walls and a zip line plus cabanas and rentable spaces.

“Residents had been asking for another pool for recreation and swim lessons. I am so proud to not only be able to deliver, but in such an incredible way. This pool and park really have something for everyone," Patrick Duffy, District 3 Councilmember, said in a press release.

Rescue Oasis Park has a basketball court, sand volleyball court and a playground with swings, slides, spring riders and more. Kids can cool off at the Soak Station 309 splash pad.

The final piece of the Rescue Oasis public safety and recreation complex is Fire Station 309, which has four apparatus bays, EMS and decontamination rooms, 10 firefighter dorms and more to support the city's growing need for emergency services.

“The Rescue Oasis complex demonstrates Surprise’s commitment to enhancing the community experience for our growing community with investments in both public safety and quality of life projects,” Mayor Kevin Sartor said in a press release.

“This complex allows the city to not only provide responsive emergency services but also offers the community a safe place to play and connect.”

Surprise, Arizona, has just leveled up its game with the opening of the new Rescue Oasis Park and Swim Center, making a splash as the latest hot spot for keeping cool in the West Valley heat. The complex, spanning 19 acres, isn't just about fun and games; it also houses the city's ninth fire station, bringing essential services and leisure together in a unique blend. Residents of Surprise have much to look forward to with amenities such as water slides and a fire station-themed splash pad open to the public starting May 10, and an aquatic center following suit on May 24, as reported by ABC15.

Key features of the Oasis Swim Center as touted by city officials include six water slides a heated Olympic-size pool with three rock walls and a rope swing, and areas adapted for ADA use, a factor that city's Park and Recreation Director, Holly Osborn, emphasized in ensuring inclusivity; according to a statement obtained by 12news, it's described as "one-of-a-kind." Holly Osborn, the city's Park and Recreation Director, underlined the project's years-long commitment to fostering a space that everyone can enjoy, and it's a labor of love with imaginative elements carefully woven into its design, signaling the intent to create more than just a park, but a common ground for lasting memories.

Adjacent to the swim center, Fire Station 309 stands as a beacon of community safety and education, boasting new technology such as virtual reality for firefighter training and cancer-preventative features in the building's design. Fire Chief Brenden Espie heralded the proximity of the fire station to the recreational facilities as a strategic advantage for raising public awareness and engagement with the local fire department and its services; in a 12news interview, Espie said, "I think a lot of these kids running around this pool could one day be firefighters, so I think it's great exposure for the department."

Surprise Mayor Kevin Sartor also championed the project as a response to the city's growth and residents' calls for a new pool and fire station reflecting the community's desires in tangible form the collaboration between public safety and recreational spaces is viewed as a victory for all; Sartor said in a news release from 12news that "when I look around at all of this, I see all the excitement they'll have and the memories they'll make."
